When I was invited to attend a food tasting event sponsored by Juan Carlo, The Caterer, I had the opportunity to visit the dream wedding venue, Fernbrook Gardens. The world-class wedding venue is located at Portofino South, Daang Reyna, Las Pinas, Metro Manila. Dubbed as one of the most magnificent event venues in Asia, the place is designed to offer perfection, serenity and sophistication.

Before I had the chance to roam around the beautiful place, I attended the food tasting event that was conducted by Juan Carlo, The Caterer. The gathering was held at the posh Fernbrook Gardens. The food is exceptionally delectable. The table setting is sophisticated. I was introduced to the owner-manager Engr. Alex and learned one thing from him. It is necessary to combine passion, service and knowledge in the catering industry. I urged my readers to visit their website and ponder on the beautifully-written “About Us” section. Overall, my visit in the venue is memorable. I have several photos of the place, including the entrance area which was used as “location” for an afternoon series of GMA Network. I also witnessed a grand wedding preparation. The motif of the nuptials is pink, the color that I favored for so long. I just love the vintage cars and the well-manicured garden at Fernbrook.
